Grand Plaza Hotel - Takhasosi Riyadh

The room was spacious, there was an extra desk, the chaise lounge in the room next to the bathroom was a great idea to lie down so as not to spoil the bed. There was a kettle and cups for drinking tea and I really liked it :) The room has a small balcony which is also convenient for getting some fresh air and going out to look around. The environment is not very noisy

The staff is excellent and very welcoming.

Room was clean and big, staff helpful and friendly. Location was good.

I would like to thank and appreciate the effort that offered by the receptionist Ms. NORAH, she did her best to make me satisfied by resolving minor conflict regarding my accommodation and finally she welcomed me with Arabic coffee with dates and a plate of fruits, this is the third stay for me in Grand Plaza Hotel and won't be the last. Again many thanks to NORAH for her perfect  professionality and her kind attitude in this field. Best regards.

Very convenient location for someone who wants to be only 10minutes driving from Kingdom Tower,Water Tower and all the places around Ryiadh center. 18 minutes ( very close for Ryiadh) to BOULEVARD WORLD , Ryiadh Season. 8 minutes from the ZONE and 11 minutes from Diplomatic Quarter. 3minutes walking for AWAL PLAZA ,where you can find PANDA S.MARKET and many many other shops. And only 5 minutes driving from Intercontinental and Voco Hotel,in case you have a conference and you cannot find room to these hotels or they seem too expensive. EXTREMELY polite staff makes you feel very welcome.Lady Receptionists,Mohamed at the entrance, Raj Kumar and his colleague at the bar restaurant and Angelo at the very good room service. You can eat very tastypizza pasta and salads at the restaurant with very good prices. Very Spacious junior suite 2203 Small but nice gym and massage rooms( didn't try)
