Grand Plaza Hotel - Takhasosi Riyadh

The room was spacious, there was an extra desk, the chaise lounge in the room next to the bathroom was a great idea to lie down so as not to spoil the bed. There was a kettle and cups for drinking tea and I really liked it :) The room has a small balcony which is also convenient for getting some fresh air and going out to look around. The environment is not very noisy

I visited the Grand Plaza several times. It is not the newest Hotel in town. Why do I like it and come back always? - Because you get a lot for your money - Rooms are big - The staff is best in town, thanks for everything - Breakfast is not continental but quite arabic, what I like. - nice little pool area - internet is ok - Bed is comfortable

Room was clean and big, staff helpful and friendly. Location was good.

I actually had to shift to Grand Plaza Al Dhabab for locational reasons, and the Manager Mr. Mohammed Rashad was of excellent support and hospitality in this. My decision to move to Al Dhabab branch was great as We enjoyed very much the stay, my companions and myself, vis-a-vis Hospitality, Quality of Setvice, and Staff Friendliness.

I would like to thank and appreciate the effort that offered by the receptionist Ms. NORAH, she did her best to make me satisfied by resolving minor conflict regarding my accommodation and finally she welcomed me with Arabic coffee with dates and a plate of fruits, this is the third stay for me in Grand Plaza Hotel and won't be the last. Again many thanks to NORAH for her perfect  professionality and her kind attitude in this field. Best regards.
